Backup Data email Outlook pada MS Office 2007
- pada menu Tools → Account Settings , menampilkan dialog box Account Settings
- Buka tab Data Files, klik pada baris file yang berekstensi .pst
- Klik Open Folder, sehingga secara otomatis membuka folder tempat file-file personal, tempat data Outlook disimpan
- Agar dapat menyimpan atau menyalin file-file personal tersebut, anda harus menutup aplikasi Outlook, tanpa menutup folder personalnya
